We work across the Oklahoma City metro, Edmond, and surrounding areas, and we specialize in the high-end brands most shops shy away from: Miele, Bosch, Thermador, Sub-Zero, Viking, and Wolf.
Two things set a Posh repair apart. First, flat-rate pricing: you approve the exact price of the repair before any work begins, so the bill is never a surprise. Second, the person at your door is a career technician; Jason has spent 28 years repairing appliances, and every job runs through the same diagnose-first process he’s refined over those years.
Most repairs are completed on the first visit. When a part has to be ordered, the return visit is set up right away, at the price you already approved. We repair: standard and counter-depth refrigerators, built-in and panel-ready units, column refrigerators and freezers, wine storage, and ice makers. That includes sealed-system work (compressors, evaporators, refrigerant leaks), which is the repair category many shops decline; it’s a core part of what we do, especially on built-in units where replacement runs into five figures.
The usual suspects, in order: a failed evaporator fan, a defrost problem icing over the coils, a failing compressor start relay, or a sealed-system failure like a refrigerant leak. The first three are routine repairs. A sealed-system failure is a bigger job, and it’s one we handle in-house rather than referring away.
Almost always. A built-in or column refrigerator is a five-figure appliance engineered to be serviced for decades, and manufacturers like Sub-Zero and Miele build them so that every major component can be replaced. Repair is the economically sane option in nearly every case.

If you ever smell gas: leave the house first and call 911 or Oklahoma Natural Gas. Once the line is safe, we handle the appliance repair.
We repair: gas and electric ranges, wall ovens (single and double), gas cooktops, induction cooktops, rangetops, and dual-fuel ranges. Gas work is part of the trade we’ve done for decades: igniters, valves, burners, and the diagnosis in between.
In a conventional oven, it’s usually a failed bake or broil element, or a temperature sensor drifting out of spec. In a convection oven, add the convection fan and its motor. Each is a standard, flat-rate repair; the diagnosis tells us which one you actually need.
A clicking burner that won’t light usually means a wet or failing spark igniter or a fouled burner cap; continuous clicking after the flame lights points at the spark module or a stuck switch. Gas burner problems are exactly the kind of repair to hand to a professional rather than live with.
Yes. Induction problems are mostly electronic: a generator board, a failed sensor, or firmware-level error codes. We repair induction cooktops from the mainstream brands through Miele, Bosch, and Thermador.

A good dishwasher is quiet, thorough, and invisible until it isn’t. Dishwasher repair is high-volume work for us, and it’s where the high-end brands we specialize in, Miele and Bosch above all, dominate the calls.
We repair: built-in dishwashers across every brand tier, from Whirlpool and LG through Bosch’s 100-to-800 and Benchmark series to Miele’s G-series machines, plus panel-ready and ADA-height installs.
Standing water means the machine isn’t draining: a clogged filter or drain hose, a failed drain pump, or a check-valve issue. On Bosch machines this often shows up as an E24 or E25 error code. It’s one of the most common dishwasher repairs there is, and it’s a standard flat-rate fix.
Yes, if you’ve already ruled out loading and detergent. Poor wash performance usually traces to a blocked spray arm, a failing circulation pump, or a water-fill issue, and it gets worse, not better. The diagnosis is quick and the repair is flat-rate.

Laundry failures have a way of announcing themselves: the spin cycle that sounds like a jet engine, the dryer that runs an hour and leaves clothes damp. We repair washers and dryers across the brand spectrum, including the European compact machines other shops won’t touch.

A washer that’s suddenly loud on spin usually has failing drum bearings, a worn suspension, or something caught between the drums. Bearings are the classic case: it starts as a hum and ends as a roar. It’s repairable, and catching it early protects the rest of the machine.
Half of these calls are a failed heating element, thermostat, or gas igniter; the other half are airflow, a lint-blocked vent making a healthy dryer time out. We diagnose which half you’re in before anything gets replaced.
