Posh Appliance Service is a family business in Edmond, Oklahoma. Jason Soto started it in 2022 after decades of repairing appliances for other companies, on a simple premise: do the high-end work most shops decline, price every repair flat-rate, and answer the phone like a human being.
Today Posh serves high-end kitchens and laundry rooms across the Oklahoma City metro and surrounding areas.
28 years repairing appliances, the last four building Posh. The European compacts, sealed systems, and professional-grade gas ranges other shops pass on are the work he finds most worth doing.
Kevin runs the second truck with about five years of appliance repair experience. Customers ask for him by name, which in this trade is the only review that counts.
Shana runs the office and answers every call herself. She books your zone’s next available day, shares the service call fee up front, and gives you straight answers.
Coverage runs in dedicated zones with set routes, and every repair is flat-rate: diagnosis first, an exact price, your approval before any work begins. Residential only. Phones are answered Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.
Posh Appliance Service, LLC is a member of the United Appliance Servicers Association (UASA), the trade association for professional appliance service companies. Every repair carries a one-year warranty on parts and labor.
